How much Spend Power you have available at any time is based on your current connected bank account balance, how long you've been a member and how many purchases you’ve successfully paid back. We encourage you to make your Extra Debit Card your “top of wallet” everyday choice! By continuing to utilize us for your everyday purchasing needs and ensuring you have enough money in your bank account to replenish your spending limit, this can help contribute to an increase in your Spend Power.
Each day, your Spend Power limit is automatically reassessed for a potential increase. If you qualify for more Spend Power, the system will automatically send you an in-app notification!
If you click on the Spend Power amount in the top right corner of your Extra app, you will see your progression through your current Spend Power limit. After you successfully complete those transactions, your Spend Power will increase. The more history/purchases that you have with Extra, the more this can increase.
