We understand the frustration of receiving an anticipated package only to find the contents damaged. We hope this never happens but accidents occur.

We kindly request that you report any damage within 14 days of the delivery date and provide us with photographic evidence. That way, we can work with our merchant partners to get you a replacement.

Please contact the Member Concierge and provide the photographs of the damaged item(s) for our team to process your request.
