All members are asked to verify their identity during the sign-up process. You will be asked to upload a valid government ID and take a selfie. Some members may be asked to upload additional documents to complete the verification process.

For some demographic updates, a reverification may be requested. For example: If you update your address, you may be asked to provide documentation to support your update.
