You'll soon be receiving an email notifying you that your card has shipped! We anticipate it will arrive within 5-7 business days from then and we are excited for you to start using it soon! 😊
You can find your cards shipped date and expected arrival date in your Extra App! Here's how:
Click on the Black Extra Card at the top of the Home tab
The card will expand, click Tap to activate your card
On the Activate your Physical Card tab you can see the Shipped date and the Expected arrival date. As this is an estimation, your card could arrive earlier!
