If you are in a panic, try to remain calm and explain the problem so we can assist you with little back and forth.
Do not send any bank statements or personal documents through chat.
Avoid using profanity, it does not make the answer appear any faster, and depending on the severity, it may result in the Concierge agent closing the chat.
Do not try to "pick up" our agents. Yes, they are awesome; however, this is not the app for that.
DO NOT send us any inappropriate photos (yes, apparently, this needs to be stated). This may result in the closure of your Extra account and credit line, which may have a negative impact on your credit score.
