If you've misplaced your Extra Card, but think you might still find it, freeze your card using the Extra App. No further transactions will be approved, and you'll have time to look for the card. If it's lost or stolen, freeze your card immediately and contact Member Concierge to get a replacement card.
To freeze your card:
Open your Extra App on your mobile device.
On the Home tab, tap the Black Extra card at the top of the page.
The card will expand, tap to manage.
Locate the Freeze Card option and toggle on.
You will receive confirmation your card has been frozen.
Once you locate your card, you can follow these same steps to unfreeze your card. If you are unable to locate your card, contact Member Concierge to get a replacement card.
